    What I do is import the image to MS Paint and export it as a bitmap there, as Utau recognizes bitmaps made in that program (presumably because they're 24-bit bitmaps).

    I know it's their policy, but I don't like how Utau Wikia (Fandom) has been deleting pages for inactive Utaus. Since it's a wiki, I say they should be keeping them for archival purposes.
