    Help with finding recommended resampler for Voicebank

    So I've been using UTAU for a few months now and I think I've gotten the hang of everything so far, but one thing I've come across frequently is when downloading voicebanks the creator recommends that the user use a specific resampler with the voicebank. I don't know if this matters too much...
