So I took up a request to oto an utau for a friend. However, while I was halfway done otoing him, I decided to test him out on a ust I just oto'd. This did not go very well. When I used him, it sounded like he wasn't even oto'd. But when I checked the voice bank settings to check out the samples, all of the notes used were oto'd already.
He sounded like this(on the newest resampler btw):

Some of the notes sounded fine but most of them were all--meh. I ASSURE you, I triple checked ALL of the notes in the sample above to see if they were oto'd and they were. I don't really know what happened. I oto the same way for all of the utaus I'm asked to oto and all of them turned out fine and smooth except for this one. I really don't know.
OH! But here's a special catch: I can only use resampler on him. Because when I use fresamp or tips or any other sampler that might sound good with him, he sounds like this:

Weird XD. Can anyone help?
