Any ideas of what should I do?

Eeeh, so here I am, stuck again, with some problem I don't get.
(You see, I only read hiragana, and I don't have much use of it with this problem)...
SO: My problem is, that I cannot import my utauloid to UTAU.
This is my first time having this problem...

When I try to add the location of the Voicebank, this window pops up:

This may sound extremely stupid, but... How do I delete a vb from the list? T3T
I tried the simple 'click on it - delete it', but it doesn't delete it~

I'm pretty sure I answered this in the Cbox but for other peoples sakes:

Tools>Options>Second tab.

Scroll to the voice bank in question, then select it and press delete. You can then reload it from its new location.

I found and deleted a few vb's from the list....but...
but right now -even after the reinstalling of Windows XP- the program is not working!
I installed UTAU ver 0.2.76, and I turned it english, and I keep having the 'unexpecter error' problem...
I cannot change the default voicebank (Defoko), and even after I change the voicebank to what I wish to use, I have the 'unexpecter error' again... And then when I try to render and play a sound, I get this:

I tried changing the resampler and stuff, but it won't help... x___x
I'm starting to get worried -like, really- ...

Okay, it's a long shot, but try going to Control Panel then Regional settings.
Click "Customize"
Then, change the float symbol from a comma to a point. Apply it.

If that's already done then I'm currently out of ideas.
