AviUtl tutor/tutorials???

as we all know, AviUtl is a pretty powerful program but lacks english tutorials. i would really like to use it because i have had it on my desktop for a YEAR and still have no clue on how to do the most basic things.

so does anybody want to teach me, or know any english tutorials on how to use it??? it would be such a big help ;-;
