What browser are you using? Have you made any changes to it or your system since the last time you were able to see the chatbox? The chatbox requires that javascript be enabled, so any add-ons/plugins that effects that would prevent it from loading properly.

I use the latest version of Chrome. No, I don't even know how XD Javascript is enabled, too.
