Confused on how to recored these kinds of notes, 息. :(

Saw this note, (あ、い、う、え、お、ん）息, and was confused. All the utau voicebanks I have do not feature this kind of note so I couldn't open utau and find out. I did some research and learned that it meant "breath". Am I supposed to record it as if im going to say the vowel but only breath or is it just like a simple breath that's in or out? I'd really appreciate some help! Thanks for reading.

Wait, if it's like あ息 then it's for natural end breaths, like "a R" if you've maybe seen that before. It's supposed to be a clean normal vowel that ends in in an exhale. if it's just 息 alone, then what berrweary said is correct
