You click spam that sucker, download it, unarchive it, and open up the file. Click "enter" on the UTAU-Synth panel, open the voice bank, and hit play.

A much easier way is just to select all the notes in the UST and use Suffix Broker, leaving the prefix blank. It'll remove all the prefixes and you can save the thing, since UTAU Synth automatically makes VCV UTAUs work with CV usts
