CV to VCV Converter Error

So I try to use the CV to VCV converter and I get an error (can see in picture in attachment)
Does anyone know what it is... because I'm totally lost

Did you check to make sure the plugin is properly loaded & that the necessary table is in the same folder as the plugin .exe?
