I'm semi-okay with Monokuma's voice. At least I'm thankful that he wasn't voiced by Quinton Flynn or some other VA that voices stuffed animals with a certain thing in their voice that irks me. Based off the trailer, the voices I'm okay with are Kirigiri, Chihiro, and Mondo? (I'm not sure if that was him or not.) Though the voices I think they could of done better with is Naegi, Asahina?, and most definitely Togami.
I don't know. After hearing Faulerro, his parody VA became my head canon for their English dub.
Faulerro's Monokuma = /Best/ Monokuma. And I don't see a problem with Fukawa being renamed "Toko". It may look weird at first but it's pretty much pronounced the same as Touko like how Sayounara is the same as Sayonara. It's only a problem if they go and change names to, I don't know, Naegi to Frank or Kirigiri to Elizabeth.
