"Echoing" notes

For some reason, in this UST I'm using, a couple of sounds in my UTAUs voicebank kinda echo. Like, it sounds like two sound samples of the same note are played at the same time but only one note is present. I've checked her sound files and there are no doubles and none of the sounds have identical aliases.
The UST I'm using is EmpathP's Rose+Thorn UST.

Can anyone help?

If this issue still persists, please try this:

Open UTAU, click on Tools, then the first option.
Right-Click on any of your samples, then click on the last option for multi-select. Then select all of your samples.
Then below, there should be two buttons that has to do with the frequencies. Click on the second one, and it should render the frequencies.

Try playing again.
