English UTAU?

Does anyone know where I can get an English UTAU?

Or at least run me through steps to turn UTAU into English?

I already have mine in English, but I'm trying to help a friend out. I can't really explain how myself, so I thought I'd ask the forums.

Also, make sure to name the folder "res", exactly that!
