Failed to search singers error

I'm very new to OpenUtau so hopefully this is an easy fix that I've overlooked but after trying to import my own voice bank, OpenUtau hasn't let me access my singers or renderers. Screenshot 2024-07-22 at 12.23.47.png

Make sure your voicebank has a file named "character.txt" with this line

name=voicebank name here
