Help, this motion data is not working!

Ive been looking all day for poker face motion and i find this one:
http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm16502322 . I get the download (http://bowlroll.net/up/dl2677) and when i unzipped it it had nothing in it. WTF?

What did you used to unzip it?  Cause it got stuff in the folder when I unzip it unseeing my 7-zip.

My pc has an otomatic unzip system. I can use winrar maybe
