How do i open Piapro Studio in Cubase LE 14?

So i recently bought miku v4x (like today) and set up piapro studio her v4x and english, and Cubase.

I opened a project in Cubase and opened VST instruments (or something like that) and used the little search bar to open piapro studio...

there was litterally nothing.

i dont know if i installed something wrong or if i didnt install something for Cubase (i only installed cubase cause i wanted to see if i even liked miku) but ill give my install order if that helps:

I ran the setup for Piapro and Mutant first (thats what the guide on sonicwire made it seem like)
Then i setup Miku V4x
then her english
then Cubase LE

i (again) dont know if i installed it in the wrong pattern (ive litterally never done this before and theres very few tutorials that i could find online) help would be appreciated

Edit: there is a folder in Program Files > Crypton > Piapro Studio VSTi x64

It looks like you will need to add the path of where the piapro vst is installed to the vst manager in cubase.
