How do i oto starting sounds on a cvvc bank?

Im making a cvvc bank and i dont know how to oto starting sounds (like - あ), can someone help?

Same as regular ones, just with a more space at the start to account for longer consonants or other lead up sounds.

Samples like -V or -CV are significantly easier to OTO because you can safely assume that there will almost never be other notes before them, only silence. Essentially, you can ignore overlap. I usually set it to a very minimal amount like 10, and it always goes at the start of the audio (whether that's a consonant or a vowel.) Set the preutterance, fixed region, and cutoff in the usual spots. Here are some example screenshots.
