How do you make a UTAU scream?

Other than that, I think turning BRE up drastically might help. There are also mixing tools that you could use, but I can't remember what they're called.

Charsiesis is a great VST plugin that should help even further if you can't get what you want with Utagrowl or you want distorted or creepy layered vocals. PC only though.

Um, it was in the Discussion board somewhere, a thread on Utagrowl. It had instructions for how to use it.

that new sampler does wonders, you can also manually do it with pitchbends nd with effects in the mix
