I want to download the instrumental for Plane Theory by Niki but it's on Piapro and I can't download it unless I have an account. The site is in Japanese and I can't read it so it's difficult for me to navigate.

It's not as hard as it might look. Here's the registration page. Click on the green button to accept the terms, put in your email, do the email verification (it's been a while but I think it's just a link), and fill out profile info. This website has a translated screencap of the profile info page.
