how do you record kire/sakebi?

It's pretty much a multi-pitch voicebanks that's weaker on lower notes and becomes stronger at higher notes (for Ritsu's part).

Sakebi means "shout" so record a voicebank that's very strong (for Teto's part).

Kind of like a power scale? (I'm assuming that a power scale is going from very low and quiet and progressing to higher notes that are louder, right?) thanks!!

Yup! Just like that. Kire literally means "sharp" or "crisp"; as it goes up, it becomes stronger :creepygrin:
