I have a guess on about 6000 or so, because even if I looked up UTAU wiki, there are still a LOT more UTAU out there that aren't noted.

For overseas I'd estimate around 7500

Well i know utau wiki says there are 3000 entries about, adding another maybe 1500 for japan, and then about 1000 for those utaus that don't have names and you don't realize it's an utau until you see the desc or video on nico
Give or take 500

I'd say
5k - 6k

I'm guessing around 5,000. Although if they actually have voicebanks and not just WIPs maybe 4,000. I'm not sure, but definitely in the thousands.

I really honestly didn't expect the site to be completely up to date. But it was.
However, I will take in stride that it probably doesn't have EVERYONE (actually it probably does-ish), and a lot on there are actually WIPS that aren't released (Leil was on it, for example) and maybe even dead banks, so I'm going to guess around 3000.

This site is a compiled list of all known UTAUs in order of debut date and distribution date. As of the date of this post, the head count seems to be at 3822+, seeing as there's no page for UTAUs that debuted in 2013 yet.

I think there are about 6k to 7k to date, but that's just my rough estimation since there might be UTAUloids created on 2014.
