how to fix the "[!]" notes?

hey! so, i was making a Kazehiki cover, but some notes have the [!] mark on them and idk properly how to fix them. (and yes, i've fitted the notes correctly)
plz somebody help!

If clicking on the [!] does not fix them, right click > envelope, then fix it manually
if it doesn't have many [!] notes this shouldn't be a problem, but if there's many, I'm curious as how did you fit them
