how to loop vowels?

to loop vowels, you use tn_fnds. I don't know if there is any flags to loop vowels

You can force looping with Moresampler with the flag "Me". The flag "e" by itself will force stretching. By default, Moresampler will automatically decide to stretch or loop a particular note depending on the note length and the original audio length.
