How to make a resampler ?

The important question here is why you need to create a new resampler. What specific features are you planning to implement that other resamplers currently can't do?

I dunno, but i just want to. Maybe I'll make a more realistic resampler, with a belt flag.

tn_fnds’s source code comes with the resampler. It’s in C++, though, and I’m not sure how well-versed you are in that.

I ask myself the same thing, I would really like to create a resampler for screamo and metal vocals.
tn_fnds (and derivatives like macres) already work quite well for this, using the flag W-1 to disable pitch shifting for pitchless vocal styles like whisper and scream. Macres in particular is good for rough gritty singing voicebanks, since it has a flag to enable reading pitch from FRQ files. Are there any other features that you're interested in working on?
