how to make utau box art in photoshop?

is it possible to make crypton style box art in photoshop? im using photoshop CS3 extended

You mean like this? Or are you looking for it to be more 3D like this?

Either way the answer is yes. You'd have to draw your UTAU out and then come up with a template for the box, crop your UTAUs art if need be...it's actually pretty easy. You could do it in a number of programs aside from Photoshop, but I guess Photoshop would be easier to make it look more clean and authentic...

For the "3D" version obviously you'd have to draw out the box to look 3D and come up with your own labels, etc and just transform your UTAUs image so that it all appears slanted like that. I'd even add like a shadow or something behind the box to give it some depth.

I have no idea what CS3 is like however cause I own and use CS6 ;; But if you get confused you could always look up simple CS3 tutorials or drawing tutorials in general. If you don't know how you should draw your box, there's probably some templates you could use on dA just be sure to credit.
