anyone knows how to oto ARPAsing numbers?

as in; ih1 ih2 ih3 etc.

The numbers are just to differentiate duplicates of the same sound. You can ignore them while OTOing. When you're editing USTs, you can add numbers to get a different copy of the same phoneme, which can sometimes adjust the pronunciation a bit.
