How to oto Japanese CV VC?

So I found this really old reclist that was made by Chezzei Chan for Japanese, and I really like it but I can't find a tutorial on how to oto it. In the thread, there is a video for otoing it but it's for some reason private and I can't find any tutorials. Does anybody know how to oto it?

OTO the CVs like CVs and OTO the VCs like end breaths.

You might not want to use negative overlaps, though.
