I converted a VSQX into a USTX file and all the notes became question marks

Hi! so i converted a VSQX into a USTX (as the title says) because i wanted to make a Kasane Territory cover.

but for some reason, i plugged the converted USTX into Open Utau and all of the notes are question marks????

I dont know if this is an error on my part or on Open Utau's part

Also i used UtaFormatix to convert the VSQX into a USTX

I can't speak for the VSQ just at this second, but the contents of the VSQx are just like this
It looks like the phonemes are intact, so if there is a way to convert the phonemes back to lyrics, that would be the solution.

Thanks! i found out that Open Utau has a batch lyric changer thingy so i dont have to manually switch each note so i can probably just copy and paste the hiragana notes
