I found an illegal Vocaloid redistribution site...

I was just looking at this download list at deviantART, then at the bottom there were links to this site for Vocaloid engines and voicebanks: [LINK REMOVED BY STAFF]

What should we do? (I have no idea how to deal with kind of illegal stuff...)

This is just a "how to" for a very popular release from AlexVox(V3FE) and there's probably POCALOID2 since I haven't stalked the whole website. There's nothing you can do since Rutracker, TPB, etc. communities support that kind of stuff. These people are just linking to the actual thing, they didn't do the cracking on their own which means that you can report them to their hosting company. The website will be removed and your life will probably be fulfilled.

MikuV2 of POCALOID2 and MikuV3 of VOCALOID3FE are absolutely virus free.

That's impossible unless the owner of the website has uploaded those files on the website itself and has infected them. This is exactly why I'd rather point people at healthy downloads than have them catch a virus.

Nothing.

The website will eventually be taken down for hosting cracked VOCALOID. The owner of the website uploads the files himself so. . .

Also any 'virus' is just a false report. BUT, As Ruin has said, someone could -easily- bind a RAT to it or anything really.

But leave the site alone, the owner probably gets enough hate e.t.c as it is, and I know many people use cracked to see if they like the VOCALOID.

Virus may not be a false alert since it's from another source. It's a somewhat stolen version so someone might have been stupid enough to bind a RAT server with it badly. If it linked to the original AlexVox torrent/PeaceOut torrent it would be harmless, but it's located on the server of the website itself, as you stated, so it cannot be trusted.

I've downloaded voiceroid from there. (I know it's illegal bla bla but I couldn't resist)
The files weren't infected.
