I have an issue with Utau (second notes being skipped)

I am new to Utau. I have a lot of experience with Vocaloid so I wanted to try something new, that is, Utau. However, when I downloaded Teto into Utau and placed some notes, it only plays the first syllable note before stopping. You can see it in the video I sent.
How can I fix this issue?

You need to write the lyrics in hiragana for this voicebank.

Ah. Is there a non-Japanese voicebank for Teto as I want her to sing in Tuvan (and primarily other Turkic languages which I have had some luck with over in Vocaloid, I assume the English voicebank should work). Like English voicebank I can improvise.

The English voicebank is available on the official website.

Oh, one more issue, while I got the voicebank to work, now only straight vowel syllables don't play but consonant-vowel syllables (like ta, te, etc) as well as standalone letters (l, r, etc) do play.

For the English voicebank, you'll need to write the lyrics phonetically using XSAMPA.
If you're using OpenUtau, you can select the English XSAMPA phonemizer and type the lyrics as plain English words.
For classic UTAU, you can edit everything manually, or you can use the helper plugin from the same Kasane Teto website, the other button where you downloaded the English voicebank.

Sorry for the late response, had to take a break from testing out Utau.
I just tried it on OpenUtau and it worked, thanks
