When I try replacing the iroiro plugins my
Computer says "file not found or no read permission." Y'all please help I've been trying to use this for 4 years now

If there are no permissions, it might be because of the restrictions on Program Files. Move the entire UTAU folder to somewhere else on your computer, like Documents or Music.
