howdy!

ive recentley gotten back into utau after a while (didnt really know much then haha) but wanting to learn more.

im sadly a mac user which makes things hell of a lot harder but was just wondering if anyone has any idea if iroiro is able to use on mac utau?

i only have a cv voicebank (as vcv seems waaaay to hard) and the majority of the USTS that im interested in using are for cvc only :'(

im mostly an artist and want to make music for my OC in the background (if that makes any sense) so dont want all the bells and whistles, but if anyone could direct me any help id be very grateful.

tyty!!!!! <3

Using more modern software, there should be no issues with creating voicebanks and using UTAU on Mac.

Configuration (OTO.ini): https://vlabeler.com/
Using UTAU: http://www.openutau.com/

For Japanese songs, you'll want to have the lyrics written as CV Hiragana. If you've downloaded a premade UST where the lyrics are in VCV format, you can clean them up from the piano roll window using Batch Edits > Lyrics > Japanese VCV to CV. If you decide to switch to another voicebank, you can change the phonemizer for the track from DEFAULT to Japanese Presamp. This will automatically process the lyrics to the correct format (whether VCV or CVVC) and you won't need to use any converter plugins.
