Is it possible to create a voicebank from an acapella?

There are lot of acapellas on the looperman website. And I thought about creating voicebanks from them. Is it possible, and how?

You can! Use an audio editor to cut and export sections of the acapella track, then configure those clips as an UTAU voicebank. You'll probably want to reference a reclist for your target language (eg. japanese reclist, english reclist) so that you know which sounds to look for. When you publish songs and covers made with the UTAU bank, be sure to credit the maker of the acapella tracks. If you want to sell songs made with the UTAU bank, make sure that the acapella track allows commercial use too.

According to the terms and conditions on Looperman, you can't reupload the original acapella tracks without permission. This includes UTAU voicebanks because you're only cutting the audio into short clips, not remixing it into a full song. Make sure to ask the creator of the track for permission to distribute a sample pack.
