If you have a CV ust, you can convert it to VCV using iroiro (https://ux.getuploader.com/bizz_v/download/182), Lyric Diphonizer (http://www.mediafire.com/file/2vkq2vf8723rt8e/Lyric_Diphonizer.zip/file), or Autocvvc (https://delta-kimigatame.hatenablog.jp/entry/ar1172141). To use any of these three plugins, download them and unzip the download into your UTAU's plugins folder. Open the UST, select the whole UST with Ctrl+A, press "N" on your keyboard, and select the plugin you want from the list. You should be able to convert between USTs with ease!
