I'm revamping Suzuki Hoshi CV by making it CV-VV, and I'm separating the VV folders and the CV folder (has all appends). The VVs are fine, since moresampler exists.

I don't know any OTOing programs with this feature, however you can easily copy and paste the file names, press Control + Shift + C, and then convert the file extension of the oto.ini file to oto.txt with the 'Rename' button, before pressing Control + Shift + V, and changing the file extension of the oto.txt file to oto.ini.
