Is there an user minimum age requirement to be on UTAFORUM?

Generally speaking, almost all sites have a 13 year age minimum.
We can actually get in trouble, I believe there are laws that require sites that allow kids to otherwise adhere to pretty stringent rules. While I don't know if our server resides in a place where that is an issue, we do still have a minimum age of 13. This is for their own safety, though I know its a big pain to wait a year or two.
I would request that you relay questions for them for now.
