Is this design good enough or should i redesign my UTAU

With such a diverse UTAU community, there isn't really a 'good enough', as all UTAUs are different!
If you like the design, then that should mean it's fine!
If you were going for something specific and you feel you haven't achieved it, then you should start asking questions.
Or, if you're not sure, try completely turning the design on its head, find completely different ideas, pick out what you like, discard what you don't and make it into a final design!
