Latvian C+V Reclist - a C+V reclist for the Latvian language encoded in X-SAMPA and no base oto

This is a C+V Reclist based on the Latvian Language which uses X-SAMPA as an encoding system.I'll note that why some lines have a "_" at the start is because of overlapping letters like j(y sound) and J(ny sound like in canyon) and this reclist doesn't have a Base oto but i'll oto for free if someone makes a VB with this reclist just contact me on discord at @harup_2023 and send me the folder through google drive.mega or what file service you use to me and i'll oto it, juding by the reclist...
