Looking for a UST download

You can find a UST for WAVE on Nico Nico Douga.

If you haven't used Nico Nico Douga, you can find a lot of USTs on there.
Since it's a Japanese website, you'll want to search the Japanese title of the song in the search bar.
For example, if you're looking up Love is War, you'll type in the search bar:
"恋は戦争 ust" or just "恋は戦争 utau"

Also, most people on Youtube who make UTAU covers will indicate who made the UST that they used as common courtesy to the UST maker. If you look in the description in most of those videos, it's likely they'll set you on the right track to finding it yourself.

When people link a Nico video, they usually give the sm#.
So for WAVE it would be sm18960297
You just kind of put http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/ in the url bar, and just add the sm# afterwards.
