Howdie!! I have a oc that I want it to be a utau voicebank and I'm looking for a voice provider for the utau voicebank!

The oc name is Shikichi Tenshi and she will have a cute, rough, and feminine voice.

She has a design and I made her design.

I prefer the utau voicebank to be a monopitch VCV.
