Looking for Yufu Sekka's Voicebank

Hello. I am currently looking for Yufu Sekka's voicebank but i can't seem to find a live link and i am having severe trouble navigating on the "Supposed" distribution site. http://sekkayufu.web.fc2.com/license.html
Worse , Google decided to take a vacation on me i guess cause it won't translate the page. Worse , there are links everywhere with each page getting more and more confusing. Can someone just link me to the voicebank without this hassle or am i just screwed?

http://sekkayufu.web.fc2.com/ from there, go to "Library". There's a table with download links, one for axfc, the other for dropbox. In the left side of the table are the VCV vb's, right side are the CV voicebanks. Below are descriptions of the individual voicebanks.
