Make Maiko Play Different Note Pitches? (UNSOLVED AGAIN)

Whenever I move the notes up or down and play it sounds like she's at the same note pitch. Is this supposed to happen? If yes, is there another way to achieve desired result? If not, how do I fix this?

Maiko is not a grit singing voicebank, but a fry scream bank. There is no sung "pitch" in this vocal style; it's purely screaming. You may have better luck searching for "growl voicebanks".

I wanted some sort of like "yelling" but also sort of "screaming" thing like in Black Flag's My War. I'm doing a JP cover tho. Here's what I mean:

You will still have to use multiple different UTAU voicebanks, given that Maiko is only meant for one very specific style of vocals.
