Missing Kasane Teto CVVC files?

so i downloaded teto's english CVVC voicebank, and ive had this issue for a while, in which some sounds work fine, but others seem to be missing. ive tested this while making my own USTs, and on a UST of a cover of ECHO by ashita-tsukiloid on soundcloud. for example, the [@t] sound which would be used for the word "what" is gone, but the [-w@] sound for the same word plays normally. ive looked into the folder of this english voicebank and some files really do seem to be missing, like the aforementioned [@t]. ive tried reinstalling the voicebank from kasaneteto.jp/en-voicebank.html but that didnt seem to help. does anyone have any idea what the problem might be and how to fix it? specifically, has anyone downloaded teto's english voicebank recently and can say whether they're experiencing the same thing? any help is appreciated, thank you for listening.
here is the beginning of my voicebank's files folder, if anyone wants to take a look:

You might not be writing the lyrics correctly. Check the oto.ini to see the formatting. For example, you may need to type [@ t] (with a space in between the vowel and consonant).

Another way to use Teto English is with Presamp, which means that you just have to write the phonemes for each note and not worry about how to chop them up into separate notes.

it has come to my knowledge that i was looking for the wrong file names, the file for [@t] was a file name that started with t, not @, sorry about that. maybe the files arent missing after all, though i cant just go check all of them. i checked the oto.ini and changed my formatting accordingly, but somehow the sounds still dont seem to be working even though the sound files are there

as for presamp, i tried it with the sample file but it doesnt fix the missing sounds either, unfortunately. thank you for the help though!

The TT English Input Helper puts "what" as [-w@] [@ t-].
There is a space between @ and t.
[@ t] also exists.

I hope this helps!
