Do you have a mobile device, but want to make vsynth songs? Do you want to make them on mobile, or can't use a computer? Have I got a list for you! Below is a list of vocal synths available for mobile, and if they work for apple, android, or both! The list will be updated over time! Most of these lack pitchbends except for Voisona and Utalet.

1. Utalet. all you need is a ust and a voicebank downloaded. it's online and free! sometimes it can run into issues, though. (IOS and android)
.PaintVoice. A vocal synth for mobile. Uses CV kana encoded voicebanks to work, or you can use the preinstalled ones. You can load MIDIs or use pmfa or pvfa, the format for paintvoice. (android only)
.Voisona. An AI vocal synth also available for PC or as a VST plugin. The free voicebank it comes with is Chis-a, a boyish 19 year old vocal synth. You can add background tracks, type in english lyrics even with japanese voicebanks, and make melodies within the software! If you pay, you get access to other CEVIO AI voicebanks, like Chis-a english, IA english and japanese, zundamon, and more! (IOS, iPad is more compatible than iPhone)
.GitaKita. Came out very recently! It's a mobile vocal synth on the playstore. You do have to have a pc as of now to transfer usts and voicebanks, as well as a usb cable to connect your phone or tablet to it. (android only)
.Zundavoice/Boimero. Zundavoice is a vocal synth that can also talk! It has all VOICEVOX voicebanks as far as I know, but you have to play gachas by watching ads in order to unlock them all. It comes with Zundamon. Zundavoice and Boimero are basically the same app under different names. (IOS and android)
.Mobile VOCALOID editor. Vocaloid, on your phone or ipad! It's only on the japanese app store, but it works similar to vocaloid. I believe it includes Miku, Luka, Len, Rin, Meiko, and Kaito.
.VOCALOID keyboard (by YAMAHA). VOCALOID keyboard lets you do vocaloid on your phone or tablet! It requires a midi keyboard, though. You can connect your midi device, and type lyrics. Then you can select a voice, which has the same voices as Mobile VOCALOID editor as far as I know. After putting lyrics, you can play notes on your keyboard, and it will come out as a vocaloid singing! Also available on windows I think...(android only?)
.Using Winlator. Winlator lets you emulate a windows computer on your android device, where you can get UTAU or vocaloid. It can be slow at times and won't work with UTAU unless you have japanese locale. (android only)
.Garageband. Garageband includes a vocal synth, Macne nana! She is also a vocaloid but garageband lets you use her as well! I don't know much about how to use her, but yeah! (IOS only)
.ACE virtual singer. ACE is a chinese vocal synth for android. It's not on the playstore, so you have to get it from an apk site like apkmirror or apkpure. BE CAREFUL! DO NOT USE ANY WEBSITES THAT ARE NOT TRUSTED!!! YOU CAN GET A VIRUS! Anyways, you can choose the key and voice, and type in your lyrics. Tap on the notes or slide on them, and add in background music. I have heard bad things about the company behind this synthesizer, so be wary of that. (Android only?)
.Pocket singer. Pocket singer is for android and apple, but is paid and kind of sucks. You can make your own voicebank and a model to go with it, but it's not the greatest. (IOS and android)
.RenoidPlayer. I totally forgot about renoidplayer! It's web-based, so you can use it on ios, android, or any other mobile device! It's got it's own voicebanks, including Kasane Teto! If you want your own inside of renoid, you have to download the renoiseapplication to convert your utau, but it's pretty nice!
.Sinsy. Siny is also web-based! You need a MusicXML, which you can convert a vsqx, ust, or any other vsynth file supported in utaformatix, to the format. You can choose from the voicebanks it offers, and it'll make a wav file!
Let me know if there's more.
