My UTAUs harmonize badly...

So, I'm trying to make a duet (a cover of Immoral Memory with altered lyrics), and it sounds awesome... for most of the song. Then it gets to the final verse and the two sound horrible together. I'm using Sone Hana and Umihara Daichi, and making Daichi sing a few notes higher solved it last time when they sounded off, but now that doesn't seem to fix it.
I'm kind of embarrassed to share it since it's a song really heavily based on a Pokemon Gold and Silver fanfic I want to write, but this really stumped me, so I'll link it in advance since I'm pretty sure I'll be asked to. But please don't listen to it if you don't need to. Your ears will bleed at the end.

I may have heard the notes incorrectly, but maybe try moving the lower UTAU's notes down by 2 (ex. D# should become C#)? If that doesn't fix it, I'll listen to it more closely later, but I'm not able to right now.
