Suzuki Hoshi submitted a new resource:

Suzuki Hoshi's C + V + CV Reclist! - A reclist which contains C + V as well as CV

This reclist includes all initial CVs and some extras, as well as standalone consonants. This reclist is also the standard Csynth reclist (for now). It is only in romaji.
(The base for this reclist is a modified CV reclist made by @Salem Wasteland , so credits to him.)

Sounds like a promising concept for English-capable CV-JP voicebanks, but I would recommend you reformat the C bits like ‘a-k-a’ for ‘k’ and so on, like how C+V English does consonants.
