Need help downloading Xsynth from Megpoid starter pack

So I bought the Vocaloid 6 megpoid starter pack which includes V6, a bunch of plugins and GUMI AI. I can't seem to be able to download the plugins which is infuriating because I been told they're very useful

It's likely you need to register your copy of Gumi with internet co first. Have you done that yet?
