I can't render on Cadencii with UTAU resamplers, though I have a recent Wine. I think that I didn't configure Cadencii correctly. I use JCadencii.
I'd like to know what the WINETOP value is.

While I have no experience with Wine, I have found this blog(or whatever): http://utauarianna.altervista.org/tutorials/
It seems legit and just maybe you'll find an answer there. If you don't find an answer, experiment. Cadencii received almost no love from the "singing robot" community so there aren't many people that can give you advices.
