Need some help for oto.ini -,-

I've tried to do it myself...
But every time I finish oto.ini, She doesn't sing!
:-_-: I'm very bad in oto.ini. :-_-:
  So...Somebody could do that for me, please?  ​

Well, I already started, so hopefully by the end of the week. I think I got to the ch- sounds last night, so I'm getting there!
