Ok, I need help with the wav file generation

I have just downloaded Utau, with the locale set to Japanese and all, but there seems to be a problem. Whenever I try to play the notes I have put down, a message appears telling me that the Wav file has failed to generate. I had also tried to render a Wav file on Utau but to no avail. I then had the Utau system deleted and reinstalled, with the same problem occurring after such action was done. Does anyone know what to do in such situation, or knows a thread with the answer?

When you say render a wav file, do you mean exporting? Also, if you are using UTAU-Synth (mac utau), you sometimes have to go into the program folders and delete the cacher before rendering wavs-- otherwise they might come out corrupted etc.

What voicebank are you using?
