Omg my resamplers are broken?

Ok so I'm on a computer with windows vista and my utau only works with resampler.dll. Any others I use can not generate wav even if I have the sound and I've tried multiple usts and banks. What is happening orz ?! Did I break utau you guys? Sorry if I'm flipping out, I'm a bit of noobie and I'm still learning the program . Gomen :'3 ?

possibility that I know are

1. utau makes a batch file in windows temporary folder to use a resampler. but AntiVirus software sometimes block it. then the batch file does not work.

2. a full-path of temporary folder includes your account name, for example, C:\Users\SugarSweetVenom\Temp\utau1. if your name includes any special characters like ç, ß, á, or else, the batch file sometimes does not work.
